Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 14th platform — whether via website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 14th reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time, with notices provided via the platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operator of 14th. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you comply with the latest version.
Account Creation & Security
To fully use 14th’s services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 14th will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
- Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and valid.
- You are not permitted to share your login credentials with any other party.
- 14th reserves the right to verify user identity before processing any transactions.
You are fully responsible for all activities under your account, including losses resulting from unauthorized use not reported to us.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 14th platform user, you agree to use this service only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. Use of the platform for fraudulent activities, system manipulation, or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited.
The following are strictly prohibited on the 14th platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the 14th system.
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
- Using false information or another person’s identity during registration or transactions.
- Uploading content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes copyright.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 14th reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 14th platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be done via payment methods approved by the platform, including direct bank transfers via FPX and listed e-wallets.
Deposit: Funds deposited will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times depend on the method used, but FPX deposits are usually completed within two minutes.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in order and are subject to identity verification. 14th reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal suspected to involve fraudulent activity or that does not comply with promotion terms.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply as stated on the platform at the time of transaction.
- Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the user’s responsibility.
- 14th does not accept direct cash payments.
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective promotion terms.
In case of transaction disputes, users must contact 14th’s support team within 30 days from the transaction date.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
14th provides the platform with best efforts to ensure service stability and availability. However, we cannot guarantee the service will always be free from technical disruptions, maintenance, or events beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability: 14th shall not be liable for any indirect losses, losses arising from game outcomes, loss of profits, or damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical failures or internet connectivity disruptions.
Account Suspension may occur in the following situations:
- Users suspected of fraud or system manipulation.
- There are indications of unauthorized use of bots or automation.
- Valid legal authority requests.
- Users fail to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
- Repeated violations of the platform's terms and conditions.
Account Closure: Users may request account closure through our support team. After closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are complete. 14th reserves the right to reject closure requests on accounts under investigation.
Intellectual Property: All content, logos, brand names, interfaces, and materials on the 14th platform are the property of the platform operator and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any materials without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links, Terms Changes & Applicable Laws
Third-Party Links: The 14th platform may contain links to third-party websites or services such as payment processors. 14th is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Changes to terms: 14th reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. We strive to notify users of significant changes through platform communication channels. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
Applicable law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through agreed procedures, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to relevant Malaysian courts.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
